I live in the UK, how can I find out what my credit rating is?

I want to check my credit history.

I live in the UK, how can I find out what my credit rating is?
Equifax %26amp; Experian together. They both show up different types of credit history! One always seems to score better than the other!
Reply:www.motleyfool.co.uk
Reply:www.experian.co.uk - it's a few pounds
Reply:experian, they will do it all for you.. it costs about 2-3 pound.
Reply:yahoo finance offer this service
Reply:go to www.motleyfool.co.uk they usually offer a free credit report, if not then experian only charge £2, its well worth it. I did it and discovered that a catalogue company had done a check on my rating and i had never even requested a catalogue from them - I dont think they should be allowed to do it!
Reply:You have to go through a credit agency, and they charge you.

Mine is pants, and the best way apparently to stop it getting any pantser is to stop applying for credit cards, loans, that sort of thing, and the best way to improve it is to get a credit card! Duuuuuuuuurrrggghhhhh.

My boyfriends is pretty good though so I don't mind. heh heh
