Someone else who used to live in a neighbouring flat is now using my address so she cant be contacted at her own new address. She has outstanding debts and is being chased. Will I be at risk of being on a credit danger list because she is using my address? How can I check?

Reply:I wouldn't have thought so. Are you sending the letters back with not known at this address on? Also check to see if she's registered at the address ie on the electoral roll. The council will have that info.





Check your credit rating with experian. They are good and up to date. Check on the internet as you'll get a free trial offer.
