Where can I get a free FICO score, credit rating and credit report?

I am looking to get my report and scores, but isnt there a place where you can sign up for a free liting and NOT have to pay for anything else or sign up for any programs?

Where can I get a free FICO score, credit rating and credit report?
You can easily obtain a free credit report from each of the three credit reporting agencies by visiting www.annualcreditreport.com. Each agency is required to provide a free credit report once per year.

Getting a free creidt rating or FICO score is much more difficult. The free annual credit report does not include your score. In fact,in my experience, anything that advertises a free credit score is not true.

I am able to get a monthly credit score from one of the banks that I have a credit card with. You might be able to do the same. Also, if you apply for a loan, your loan officer could let you know your credit score. These are the only ways I have ever gotten a free credit score.

Reply:not sure
Reply:You can get free credit reports from annualcreditreport.com. You're allowed 1 report from each credit bureau every 12 months.

If you would like to see your credit score, you'll have to pay for that. However, there is a free site where you can estimate of your score.
Reply:If you go to equifax.com you can get all three credit reports

If you want the the free one you get once a year you have to goto all the individual websites: equifax, experian an transunion
Reply:Not get a free FICO score, that is a score done by a commercial company.

BUT, you can get your credit reports from all three bureaus for free going to www. annualcreditreport.com

It is federally mandated now that all consumers be allowed to get their reports for free once a year.
