Will corporate bankrupcy filing affect my personal credit rating?

My husband's company is in the process of filing for either chapter 7 or 11. I'm not sure which yet. Will either of these events affect my personal credit rating which happens to be very good and I'd hate to see it ruined. And will it affect his personal credit as well?
