bankruptcies don't disqualify you, but, credit rating do play a part in hiring,( shows responsibility), also, frown upon, due to the potential


to accept, financial gains, from undesirables. inmates, inmate associates, ie. temptation.
Reply:It is not disqualifying, but it makes you less attractive than other candidates. If all things were equal, I would pick someone who has demonstrated financial responsibility in his personal life as that person is less likely to bring his personal problems to work with him.
